The room was not fresh and felt worn out. The breakfast options were extremely disappointing and forgettable, impacting our overall experience. Additionally, the shower drain was clogged during our stay, creating a frustrating inconvenience.

I had an amazing stay for 3 nights in a Deluxe Double Room. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main square. The terrace views with a Moroccan breakfast were a delightful way to start the day. Big shoutout to Hamza and the staff for their warmth and support!

i truly thought i was stepping into a 5-star oasis, but alas, my room was far too cold, and the lack of heating made my nights unbearable. how does one even begin to enjoy breakfast with pre-packaged yogurt? i mean, i expected something special, like a room upgrade or at least a complimentary gift with such a bland offering. would definitely not recommend.
